of ordering and buying in the SABKO Gallery.
The ordering and buying any product are the accepting this Regulation.
SABKO Gallery is online and retail shop.
ORDERING and BUYING
Online:
Orders can be placed via the web site 24 hours a day throughout the year.
The cost of delivery is an integral part of the goods.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Ordering and payment of products online, can be done by selecting the options Add to cart and paying with the PayPal or Credit Card.
All products are ready to ship within 1-5 business days.
Products made to order are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks.
When the product made to order is ready, we’re sending you the pictures of its and it is shipping after your accepting.
The products we are sending by USPS Standard or Priority Mail - customer's choice. On request and at an additional charge it is possible to choose a different form of delivery of the product.
Also, we have a Free option – pick up the order in our office in Raritan.
Payment in the Retail Store can be done by cash, check, PayPal, Credit Card.
RETURN OF GOODS
The products made to order are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If you bought online:
Ready products - if the received goods do not meet the terms of order, the customer can make a return goods within 7 days from the date of receipt. Before, please contact us.
Parcel with the returned goods must be send back at his own expense to our address. The parcel belongs to pack the container properly-prevention damaged.
After receiving the undamaged and unused product, amount due for the goods will be sent in a way chosen by the customer within 7 working days after receiving the return parcel.
If you bought in the Store:
Bring the undamaged and unused product and receipt within7 days of the purchase and get your money back.
ADDIT
When you are ordering 2 or more same, handmade or hand-decorated products, they can be not identical.
The customer who orders any product based on his own materials, declares that materials provided to complete the request does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.
Gallery will not accept an order if the materials supplied by the Client contain illegal content such as pornographic, glorifies racism, fascism or discrimination, or other.
Due to the different possibilities of devices, the appearance of the actual product may differ from pictures products placed on our website in suggesting shades of colors, contrasts, and sharpness.
COURSES
You can buy a course online or in the store. Space is limited. Class size is 4.
When you buy our courses online, you must choose FREE SHIPPING and select Pickup in the office.
Before the workshop starts, you must fill up the registration sheet. People under 16 must come with one of their parents.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you bought the course and later become unable to attend, notify us at least 2 days before the workshop date, we will refund your full payment or reschedule your space.
If notice time will be shortly, we will reschedule your space. If it will be not possible, we will refund 50% of your payment.
FINAL PROVISIONS
When placing an order, the customer agrees to the processing of data to the implementation of the orders.
When you purchase online, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Gallery reserves the possibility to change these regulations; changes are effective from the time of placement on the page and are not for clients who at that time already paid for the order.
